@Cheesy. Get that Crossrope Speed Performance set with the 3oz, 6oz and 9oz ropes. Im slowly starting to do double unders into my jumprope routine though I keep messing up. Was able to do 3 without messing up. Jumprope really kicks ass.

Im learning crossovers now. I did my first one yesterday but kept messing up doing the others. Have to look back at the youtube videos to get the hang of it.

Now its about learning muscle ups today

Finally hit my goal of 3 plates for Squat and Deadlift, still got a ways to go to hit 3 plates for Bench, but definitely feeling a lot stronger than before.
Good stuff that’s a great baseline

I always say, you don’t really start to get real leg gains until you hit at least 3 plates on squat

I always say, you don’t really start to get real leg gains until you hit at least 3 plates on squat
Things start to get fun once 3 plates is part of your warmup

Oh yeah, I was able to hit both for 2 sets of 3 so I know there's some more gains there, but I told myself fukk hitting it once, gotta get at least 2 reps to make it count lol.

Yeah it felt weird at first, that initial get up was a bytch, but once it got moving, it wasn't too bad getting it up.

4 plates is for late 2026 :whoa:
Yeah hitting 315 for 3 on 2 sets, I might be able to max maybe 330-340.

Hopefully sticking to my routine, I can get close to 4 plates by late '26

Just aim to be stronger today than you were yesterday. Eventually you'll get to whatever your goal is.

Back in the gym today for first time in years.

I'm recovering from a surgery but it should be fine. I don't plan on doing too much anyway.

I'm excited. I already lost all the weight I wanna loose so it's just about gaining more muscle.

Imma look so good and it's gonna be great for my overall health as I get older.
