Pretty much, I definitely noticed I didn't have my feet wide enough, I usually try to go just past shoulder width and this time I was way less that shoulder width.Sounds like you have the strength, just need to execute.

Yea, my ortho doc gave me some home PT workouts to do back in week 3 of me injuring this shyt which was working and then I re-injured the shyt and went back to square fukking one. I went back to the ortho doc to get a cortisone shot but I ended up not getting because at the end of the day it won’t fix the problem it only mask the pain and it’s possible I can get discoloration at the spot I receive the shot. I’m going to actual physical therapy today I was trying to avoid it because I have to pay out of pocket but fukk it I need to speed this up. My shyt is getting better but it’s a slow slow process.Nothing the specialist suggested worked ?
