Had an impromptu soccer last evening and I thought let me see how far my groin has recovered…played at 85% capacity but the better part is my groin is holding up. I could sprint near full capacity with no issue.
Woke up this morning with very little pain and good mobility in my upper thigh so that’s good. Still not fully there but getting close
I’ll still sit out for the next month just so when I come back in January, I’m 100% back.
Just happy to know I’ll be back to the pitch soon.
