Had an impromptu soccer last evening and I thought let me see how far my groin has recovered…played at 85% capacity but the better part is my groin is holding up. I could sprint near full capacity with no issue.

Woke up this morning with very little pain and good mobility in my upper thigh so that’s good. Still not fully there but getting close

I’ll still sit out for the next month just so when I come back in January, I’m 100% back.

Just happy to know I’ll be back to the pitch soon.

My knees are acting up. :snoop: been struggling to go up the stairs.

But I actually got did side swing cross over jumprope combo for the first time today

Anybody know a good brand for long running pants? I want to get my running frequency up through the cold months and don't want to let the weather be an excuse.

New gym is solid. Plenty of space and the “PLAE” is separate with private infrared saunas. Got the this morning, walked around a bit to get my bearings, trained and had time to come home and get them xtra steps on the Peleton before leaving for work.

I definitely got some sort of chronic pinched nerve I need to get checked.

It’s not crazy painful but pops up when I do back squats (even at lighter weights like sub-300lbs) and I’ve taken many weeks off squatting so this isn’t a rest issue.

Only on my left side though and it limits my ability to jog/run.

Reworking my leg days as a result.
