See this is why I said your ass is projecting. How much do you know about the human body from a medical point of view anyway? Are you a doctor, physical therapist, or have any experience in medicine? Your experience with the body is with what you do with yourself and what seen other people do at the gym. That doesnt count. If the doctor told me to stop lifting heavy, you think Im going to listen to them or you? Im tired of you gym guys acting like you're smarter than the doctor or medical professional when your ass will be going right to the same doctor/medical professionals when you injure yourself in the gym for them to tell you the same exact sh1t that they told me. :mjlol: yeah, fukk around and find out. Its your body, not mine.

As i said, I hear you breh but unless you know what my situation is, you should mind your business. :yeshrug: youre in here talking about controlling the ego but you cant seem to check yours. :sas2: what if I said my knees are acting up from some life long issue that may have accelerated itself from going bad to getting worse from jumprope? If you dont know what my situation is, then dont speak on it.

Slowly healing from this bytch ass tennis elbow….. it’s getting better tho

I made great progress this year …. Started my diet and fitness and may and I never stopped ….. went from 195-155 pounds and totally recomposition my body
