Still early days but I’m getting more out of my gym sessions by actually doing less. 65-75min workouts, 2 heavy days and 2 lighter days.

There are a lot of attractive people who go to my gym. My gym is 90% Black. I love that. Ass everywhere. Lol
I don't really look like any other women there but I feel really good about how I look.
I am glad I lost the weight. I look so much better with a slimmer frame.
