These dumbbell and kettlebell workouts are a life saver when you have to use those hotel gyms on the road

Can’t wait to get out of Seattle back to SF.

First “proper” Saturday routine this year. 60 mins of soccer sandwiched between a round trip 10 mile bike ride.

The field we played on is bigger than our regular field so far more running and intensity.

Still no crazy sprints but I can tell my groin is getting better. The band work and kettlebell workouts have been helping.

Man I might do a deload month. Last session I overloaded everything by mistake and my body has been more fatigued than it ever has. 70% of my max feels heavier than it should right now. A month of lower volume and intensity might be what I need.

The human body is so interesting. There is a chick in the gym that can hip trust 3X what I can and he ass is flat as a board. Just square and flat. Not ever shapely or a muscle butt. Nothing.

That's interesting 🤔 cause she should have some development. That's like squatting 315 and having 0 PC development or quad growth.
