Another good upper day. Left the gym absolutely spent but it’s the best way to get the weekend started.

Soccer tomorrow am and then a calm 15-20 mile ride on Sunday.

Getting back to good!

I see why people who go to big box or large sized gyms complain so much. People are idiots:

  • Why do you need to stand next to a piece of equipment to do your stretching and mobility in prep for one set. Just go use the other 29,980 sq ft of the gym.

Today's soccer game was glorious. 95 mins of play and about 5.2miles worth of running once all said and done. Got some cycling to and from the field as well.

Y'all have no idea how happy I am that my groin is on the mend. I feel my fitness program is slowly getting back to its full potential. Once I'm back to squatting and deadlifting, then I know I'm fully back. Slow and steady...

Cycling tomorrow morning, then another soccer game on Monday morning for the President's day holiday.
