Strength slowly coming back. Pretty depressing to struggle with weight that use to be part of your warm up. Got to stay motivated and take it a day at a time.
Dawg...the amount of strength that left because of my leg injuries is crazy...like you said, one day at a time. Different seasons for my fitness goals.

back to my AM workouts.

My internal clock is back to waking me up @530am.
Feels nice to be done with the gym before 730/8

I'm just overall more successful in life when I get my workout done in the AM. Whether soccer, gym, jump rope, cycling, or even 40 mins on the treadmill like this AM...
