5:30am - 7am PST. The golden 90 mins for me to lift M-F

I swear if you’re not working out regularly, your mental state isn’t optimal
Moving your body for an extended period is something we have gotten away from as a society. Wish more people would implement a 30 minute walk into their daily routine. I believe everyone would benefit from something that simple.

Agree with this 100%. 8k-10k steps daily should be the floor of physical exercise for the general population.

But when you’re getting in daily, moderately strenuous exercise, you really operate on a different level.

Hmmmmm…squats gonna be interesting. Once I push closer to 3 plates I start getting those lower back twinges. I may have to include something for lower back. Like hyper extensions.

Just sucks that PT takes a month to get on their schedule.

Hmmmmm…squats gonna be interesting. Once I push closer to 3 plates I start getting those lower back twinges. I may have to include something for lower back. Like hyper extensions.

Should record yourself squatting and watch the footage back to see if something is off with your form/technique.

The leg day was still supreme even with those lower back twinges.

At work now and just feel so wired
