6:50am PST, 9/10 leg day today.

No issuer with the lower back on squats. My right knee is still a little funny but it’s not a huge problem. As I cut weight and strengthen my quads things will get better, just need to keep managing.

We move.

Trainers and gym staff should be in pretty good shape. How are you working at a front desk trying to sell people on a product you don’t seem to use?

How are you on social media talking shyt about clients and dying with simple weekend workouts on the weekend when nobody is looking?
