7:30am PST, another 8/10 leg day in the books. Squats felt great. No back twitches and little knee pain.
My Tuesday workouts are usually a grind. Mondays I do a 24hr fast (just water and black coffee/tea) for personal reasons so the only exercise I do is a 2.5mil walk on the treadmill with an incline (like to keep the routine of going to the gym).
Early Tuesday AM I’ll break the fast with some overnight oats and a banana for energy.
Regardless, strength is holding up and fat is coming down. Feeling a lot more dialed in this past couple weeks.
