I can squat 375, deadlift 425, row with 120 DBs......but I can't bench 225![]()
i used to be like that but thats cuz I didn't really like benching. I just got into again like a month ago. I'm up to 245 slowly working my way up. Just add whatever weight you can everyweek.



Your form must be all jacked up if you're destroying yourself by doing barbell rows. Control your freaking movements. Don't sling that crap around.
