An injured back has me depressed as fukk brehs.........haven't lifted in 2 weeks and reaggravated my shyt this weekend

Going to a chiro on Tues....not even sure what to expect

I've had so much experience with doctors, surgeons, and chiropractors. What's your issue? What region of the back?

IF is wonderful...great at dropping weight but man the hunger when after im done eating outside my allotted timeframe (8:30 am-1:30 pm)..thankfully I only do this on my 4 gym days..got to stay disciplined just I was last year

at 14% bf exactly. shyt I'm almost to that desired 10-12 range. I give it a couple more consistent weeks and I'mma be killing these heauxs :whew:

I did something to my shoulders on my last back workout last week. Something feels off. Just did cardio and super-light shoulder work.

New crop of New Years Eve resolution booty meats is nice though. :manny:

I tried to warn some kids on going heavy with shytty form...one dude ended up snapping his shyt up and his brehs carried him to the hospital. :scusthov:

It be killing me watching the cats trying to do heavy bench and and shyt do lopsided benches and stuff, knowing they shyt gonna be fukked up in the future if not near future. if you need to drop 10-20 pounds to get that perfect form then please brehs, do so. I'm far from a expert but these nikkas at my college gym be routinely trying to kill themselves

*continues to struggle form his way through his set*

*I tell him to lose some weight to get better gains since his form is suspect*

*five minutes later I see him doing 75s with the same struggle form*
