So is this the new fad now? Diet salespeople getting worried that the public is starting to become aware of the laws of human thermodynamics and the simplicity of weight loss so now the new diet fad is "counting calories is pointless" and then they go on to teach you a way to eat that is once again just a low key way to keep your calories low?
