D level workout for Upper Power, no energy at all through the whole session and then my mind started shooting to other things.

Pretty damn disappointing.

leg hypertrophy day. Sometimes I like to do one leg one day and the other the next day. That way I can go hard as fukk and at least have one good leg when walking around campus.

monday wednesday friday and sunday = squats , lunges, bridging and donkey kicks for the bubble

tuesday thursday saturday= her ab workout

I already got massive legs and football player ass (n/h) plus the small waist...my dikk flaccid is just embarrassing. :skip:

So is this the new fad now? Diet salespeople getting worried that the public is starting to become aware of the laws of human thermodynamics and the simplicity of weight loss so now the new diet fad is "counting calories is pointless" and then they go on to teach you a way to eat that is once again just a low key way to keep your calories low?

Didnt watch the video because it is the second one that has been posted now that is similar. Not gonna listen to a salesperson sell me his book for an hour.
