:ehh: I'd say dumbbells due to more stabilization being required. Then again you can use more weight with a bar.
So which is more beneficial if you only had to do one. Im taking crakface advice with the daddy workout thing cept im putting my own spin on in it

50 burpee warmup
Deadlifts
Squats
Military press
200 situps

In the same day.

HOME! Im just debating between dumbells or the bar for military.

I'd go with dumbbells since you do Bjj. More versatility

Good Upper Hyper today but I'm slacking on recording weights, sets and reps. I've got to start that so I can make sure to increase as I progress. Shoulders and Traps are cooked from upright rows and Arnold DBP
