Finally back to 3x315 on squats.....and my back feels good. :whew:

And I did some weighted pullups for the first time yesterday :leon:

Only a 25 on the belt, and only 5 reps, and only neutral grip.....but I felt good about it :yeshrug:

I turn 31 in 3 weeks. Going to be in the best shape of my life :blessed:

6 weeks it'll be easy and the V will be blossoming. :banderas: Any grip chin or pull up is better than those shytty lat machine that I wasted my early lifting years on.

6 days :childplease:

You giving your body enough time to recoup..

Honestly I see the most gains, when I take a week off.....But this n1gga is going six days a week :mindblown: And I bet not a lick of cardio was done :scusthov:
I do three days lifting and cardio on the off days. That's okay right?:lupe:

i had another good press day yesterday. overall my shoulder is coming along nicely but i'm starting to accept that i'll probably never get back to pressing the same weight i did before the surgery. although i feel and act like a manchild i'm getting old as fukk and i just need to come to terms w that. kinda sucks a bit tbh.

Working my front delts with chest day and my side and rear delts with back has increased my shoulder strength without having to do any compound shoulder exercises.....OHP and DB press numbers have increased. Decided to try some compound should exercises to gauge my strength. :lupe:

I'm still pissed at myself from earlier. I coulda broke 405 ass to grass today. Program I'm running called for 375 which is my all time best. .. Hit the bottom came up smoothly. .. I felt it, 405 was mine for the taking and I didn't go for it. One of the worst feelings a weight lifter can go thru is knowing you let a moment like that get away.

Used coconut oil for the first time to cook. Omelette turned out legit...two times. I need to get some of those fake egg whites.

Do you all feel that the following lifting benchmarks are comparable to each other?
or is there some/one thats more difficult to get to than others?

Bench: 225
Deadlift: 405
Squat: 315
Shoulder Press: 135

depends from person to person. I experience a mental block with deadlifts which holds me back sometimes. My max is in the low 500s but I'm always paranoid about some shyt snapping up with deads. Even though it's a pretty damn safe lift.

Deadlifts were easy for me to progress. 6 months of my close to 4 years training to get elite numbers. Squats, I just needed a reliable partner to get elite numbers and break my mental plateau. There was a time I was squatting 3-4 times a week. Squats helped sharpen my willpower which I needed for my other lifts. My bench is wack, should be better. :pacspit: Finally learning my body and implementing rear delt work which has helped improve my rotator cuff health. First time I can really say I'm happy with my body and my strength. :banderas:
