I weight 165 lbs and row with 100's for high reps (10-15), so 226 for an experienced lifter that weights 220 seems about right to me.
The problem at that weight should be grip more than anything. If he's doing it without straps that is super impressive.

Thats true, form varies greatly although not as much as pull upswhat kind of form though..ive seen more variations of "dumbbell rows" than interpretations of the bible![]()

That's if you do the same amount of cardio.Yeah you need to up them. Probably 2500-2700, I would start at 2300 for a week and work your way up until you stop losing weight
