that shyt spliff said about protein shakes at night is :ohhh:

i noticeably feel better now that i take shakes before bed, my energy is actually respectable

ill say this much, the lower you cut the more you have to pay attention to how you do things, because mentally cutting is shytty when you get low. Ive never been so depleted on some days in my life

I think ill add walking to my usual Yoga x 4 weekly routine. On a side note my body has toned up since starting.

Took a pre-workout drink today for the first time. Man i feel like a beast. Had a crazy workout and when i left my body was done but i felt like i still had lots of energy. Someone should have put me on to this sooner.

Does anybody check their body fat percentage weekly? I was wondering whether I should buy some calipers and whether regular ones or digital.

considering dropping 20-30 pounds. as much as I like being big I'm starting to slow down
