What belts would you guys recommend im scared to go above 315 on deads without one any suggestions??

Anything that fits right works for me.

I bought a thick one but it has its cons. (Stiff as fukk, hard to take on and off. Had to run it through a dishwasher just to make it useable.

The old beat up ones laying around the gym work fine though

As long as it fits snug, you are good. The real expensive ones are probably overkill to the average lifter

I can rep 405 on deads, but tried to do 365 with no chalk and that shyt slipped outta my hands on the first rep.

I like it for both. No idea if it helps poundage on deads, but it helps me focus on proper form and back alignment

Breh nobody recommendeds belts, it's bad for muscle stabilization.

Either go raw or don't go at all, I'll drop my sources when I get back home
