This is something I will never understand.

In general, black men hate white men. I think that's pretty damn evident.

However, I will never understand why black men feel that black women should share their hatred of an entire race of men...especially when we consider that black men don't seem to have a problem loving, sexing, praising and putting the daughters, aunts, mothers, and sisters of white men on a pedestal.

So what's the real deal?

Part of me honestly believes black men simply don't want black women to view white men as potential love interest.

Another part of me feels that it's fear of sexual competition (I mean let's be real...too many black men base their sense of sense worth on their d!cks. If black women begin to reject that...what's left?)?

So, I want to hear from the men.

Why do so many black men project their issues with white men on black women? Why are we expected to help you fight your cold war with other races of MEN (key word)?

P.S. Yes, I know about slavery and Jim Crow. However, it is NOT realistic or practical to blame Modern Day white people (men & women) for the actions of their ancestors. And yes, I know some people are still racist and we shouldn't forget that. However, again, that doesn't stop black men from loving white women. So why is there a beef with black women liking, befriending and loving white men?

I could careless tbh, because for 1 not only white men irritate me and white women irritate me as well. As far as for black women, I've never dated a black girl, nor have I met one yet that I've found exactly desirable and obtained her number (except 1, a Somalian, but she tripped cause she was 25 and I was far younger). And in my area there's not many black women so I'm not surrounded by them enough nor do I deal with them enough to have an opinion on their feelings. I can only speak as an African American male.

well, let's look at the history. the first legal IR union was between who? a black woman and a white man. lowest rate of divorce is between who? black woman, white man. when white men require a pitbull against black men in the workplace, who does he hire? black woman. just keep real, i noticed you didn't have a problem with the second half of my statement. hell, tell me. besides being shackled to the black man, how are black women oppressed in today's society? some could argue black women have had their liberation before white women, you run the black community. you're the back bone.

but to answer the topic, many expect you to hate WM because of the historical context. yes, there's no longer slavery. but whites have made sure we're systematically lining ourselves up to fill up their prisons, with the help of single mothers and their shotty parental skills.
