You talking from a rapper standpoint, or catalog wise? Nas is a better mcee though, but imo kendrick has the better catalog. But considering Nas dropped amazing projects too, I still believe he better than Kendrick

Beans doesn’t fit the criteria of at least 5 of those categories I mentioned

I grew up in the 90s. Pac is my GOAT and Nas is #2. 3-5 is usually between Biggie, Jay and Face. I would say at this point, Kendrick is in my top ten (before this rap battle even started).

So instead of all this laughing shyt, what is the criteria to be considered a GOAT and what is Kendrick lacking? This ain’t about a personal preference.

If he doesnt fit 5 then neither does Scarface smh. And the common theme in the goat convo is artist with classics. Kendrick has one in G.K.M.C that I dont think its debated. Now if you wanna go outside the culture and listen to critics who said TPAB is a classic,thats up to you. But within the hiphop community I clearly remember it being a very polarizing album. And I think we both know his other albums arent classic.


So hes in the same tier with a bunch of other people who dropped one classic. Plus you slick trying to give him a longevity award when he barely drops albums. Nas who was mocked for putting out albums slow dropped about 7 or 8 albums in a 13 year period,so did Scarface,Pac obviously. So your trying to put Kendrick above people like Snoop,T.I,Jeezy,Lupe,Plies,Sigel,DMX,Eminem,50 to name a few who arent in the goat convo.


Your giving Kendrick longevity points despite Mr Morale being a dud. But not only that,his peak wasnt hire than most of the people I just named. Your ignoring peaks that play a major part in goat convos. Guys who fell of quicker but had higher,more respected peaks than Kendrick dont get play in the Goat convo but Kendrick should?


He has a chance at a second peak which is rare,but lets see what he does during. Most of the people in the goat convo you can argue were THAT GUY,for a moment in their career. And no im not giving Kendrick that just off beeating Drake in a battle. He is that guy right now,lets see if he can feed the eyes and ears now that he has them. People who deserve to be in goat convos did. Its easier to do when only your choir/core is listening,and not the masses
