and the only reason is because i want to get every bit of fat off as possible before i start a long bulk. i got to 150 before, though i was told i looked a little too thin, but thats okay because im playing the long game.
 
 
		 On one hand its 10 pounds on the other the odds it's going to be 10 pounds of fat only in that time frame is not likely.
