Pretty much breh(no homo). But it got to a point where I was disgusted by it. I did no fap a couple of times and made it to about 2-3 months each time but that urge breh . Been single two years now and I've really enjoyed myself. The first year was rough mainly because my ex broke the no contact rule and we spoke for like 3 months but I reached a point where talking to her was annoying so it's been a year since we last spoke. Im in the best shape of my life and breaking up when we did couldnt have worked out better as I think we would probably be miserable together with kids long term.

I'm happier than I thought I'd be and being able to just do what I want is nice. It's the lack of validation that gets to them. They want you to display signs of thirst and fawning all over them, but the man in the video had a nonchalant "whatever" type of vibe and it got her mad because she knew he wouldn't have been bothered about it either way whether she came to his house or not.
