I just turned 30 too breh, the dating pool for our age range is bad man, single mothers, females with emotional baggage, obese etc. I been dating younger to avoid that, but I had to lie about my age lol
Dating women is just like most sports. You want the young prospect, not the old washed up athlete that's out of their prime. You want that young Kevin Durant brehette on your team, not Wizards

I turned 30 in December. I'm gonna keep it real, I'm not messing with women my age anymore. You guys already named the major issues like single motherhood and whatnot. Another major issue that I've seen is women in my age range just aren't feminine enough for me. They've picked up male traits and that shyt is unattractive. You've also got a greater potential for mental baggage from all the men who she has dealt with prior to meeting you. I'm not interested in a reclamation project.

To add to what you said, by the time women hit 30+ they low key despise men. Cackling with their homegirls about how men aint shyt everyday translates over to their psyche when being in a relationship. Not only that but the only thing they're focused on is the endgame of marriage and not the journey that it takes to build a foundation to get to that point.
I just reached a muscular physique that I'm happy with, and I can say with confidence that being muscular changes the game on how women treat you. I haven't settled into my newfound powers but it really does feel like the game is on easy mode. If you not in the gym, you need to get your ass in there NOW.
With that said after all the hard work you put into sculpting your body, why would you want to spend your time trying to build with someone that's old and bitter? Women instinctively know that we as men love younger, fresher women. Those same old, bitter women was messing with older men when they were in their 20's and try to shame men their age for going young.
Older women are more thirsty than half of these dudes that's out here simping.

My nikka I'm one of the main ones in here preaching about gym benefits! I feel you wholeheartedly. It makes everything way easier for you. A fit man in his 30s is living on easy street. I'm ruthless as hell already and the summer hasn't even officially started.
And you're absolutely right. Once you put that gym time in and achieve your goals, you realize that there is no settling for ANYTHING in this life. It makes you stronger both physically and mentally. There's a lot of shyt that I may have let slide before that will definitely get a chick curbed these days. The moment when you realize just how much control you actually have is beautiful.

When you work out, you instinctively start to notice how many of your peers, people you work with, family, etc. don't work out. Even if you have a little bit of muscle these chicks WILL notice. Personally I feel like I got a long way to go but these broads are more touchy feely with me than usual.
I think that's a side effect of lifting. Dat testosterone increase has definitely made me more
than ever before. That grind took me more than a year to get a remotely decent physique that I'm happy with looking at in the mirror. Da fuc I look like entertaining some bullshyt from some broad? Lifting was the key factor in gaining some more respect for myself as a man. Respect that I didn't even know existed and furthermore self respect that I didn't know I possessed. I am more HOH than ever before and a chick will get bushed with the quickness if she's on that BS
Lifting weights will get you chose for real for real. I admit that my socially awkward ass hasn't even fully grown into the lifestyle of women constantly checking you out, giving you side glances when they don't think you looking, constantly finding reasons to touch you. But damn it feels great. There's no better feeling than witnessing a woman fully give into her primal instincts when she's holding on for dear life while you rail the shyt out of her.

I dropped about 40 pounds from where I was at last year, which made about 80% of everything I wear look super baggy on me. Shirts look extra baggy and I need a belt for all my jeans or else that shyt will sag right off of me.
But my god when I copped that medium v-neck and starting walking around with it on.
Being in your 30's is really the prime of your life. Fukk what the media narrative and women try to tell you. I'm 32 and I'm in the best shape of my life. I've had 18 year olds, 25 year olds, 30 and 40 year olds all checking for da kid. When it comes do dating options, you in the pocket when you in your 30's because the field opens up for you.
I remember when I used to continuously get curved by women my age for dudes that was older.
Now I am that dude that women curve young nikkas for.

If you going to do online dating go hard or go home. Minimize the chances of these birds rejecting you as much as possible while maximizing your attraction. HD pictures crafted at the right angles and showing off your physique can take you far. I would just throw some regular old pictures on there now, but I want these birds to see my hard work in full 1080P ya dig
I'm only 5'8, but I recently bought some heel lifts that take me up to about 5'11-6'0. If women can maximize their attractiveness by (high heels, weave, makeup etc) I can do the same. I play to win.

it takes two breh and if only one wants to it doesn't work, only sad thing is that we work together in the same department so i still have to see her mon to friday, but at least years ago for like 4 months I had to live with my ex and I got through that so GOd has prepared me to get through this.
Again no bitterness or whatever on my part it didn't work out its not what she wanted, better now than being in divorce court, but I ain't going to sit around moping and being sad. I know my worth as a man and it ain't that.
