The first love is the best because there are no rules and you are innocent you fall like crazy.
You do things you'd never do again then you get burned.
And your heart becomes different,.
I remember my first and even second love. It was like a fairy tale somewhat but now I enter relationships with cynicism.
There's only two paths in relationships marriage or heartbreak.
I already know I'll never be able to fully trust or fully love another woman again.
Because with experience you know words are just words.
Actions can change, people change. Km not even the same person I was at 25. Women I liked a few years ago wouldn't even meet my basic standards.
LOL this is a good discussion.
Love is pretty much just an attachment. I dont see much of a difference between the two so to me it's nothing special man. That's why after the first heartbreak a lot of dudes say they'll probably never love the same again; its because theyve learned not to get attached or that it brings more negative than positive. You can love cigarettes but that doesnt mean cigarettes are good for you. It's just that the nicotine has created an attachment; a dependency so to speak and that is where the whole neurotransmitter/chemical stuff I mentioned comes into play. How many people later on tell you that they wish they never began smoking cigarettes because now they can't stop even though they want to. It's the same thing.
Thats why I say mostly, true love can only exist between a parent and his or her seed. Think about it...most dudes here have probably been broken up with my a chick or vice versa and it was like all those feelings of "love" between the two persons went out the window. All of a sudden the victim finds themselves competing with their ex girlfriend trying to live better than them. All of a sudden theyre getting feelings of resentment, envy and in some cases even hoping their ex experiences some sort of misfortune. Is that real love? Compared to a mother who still loves her son regardless of how criminalistic, mischievous or bad of a person he is.
Like I said, just be rational breh. There's a lot more science and psychology to this relationship/love stuff than meets the eye. You'd be surprised.
