I know, I deal with this kind of thing all the time. That's why I don't text anymore, at least not unless I really have to.

Call first. If she doesn't pick up then text. & when texting, text only to set a meeting up or set another call, don't have full blown conversations with these chicks on text - texting as a medium for gauging is terrible because of how long and drawn out conversations can be due to their asynchronous nature, (not to mention the lack of non verbal cues that really tell you where you are situated ... etc).

If a chick is going to curve you at least make it tough for her. With texts it's just too easy for chicks to be dismissive - one non-response here, another one there.

I'd go further and recommend you give up texting as your platform of choice altogether. There's no useful "gauging" you will be doing through text. I'd try to minimize texting as much as possible unless it is to set up a meeting. Plus you don't want to deal with the chicks who want to show they are "busy" by waiting for hours to respond to you when you know that they are always on their phone.

Yeah but I'm trying to find out what she's all about before "setting up a date". So, I like delving into questions that can somewhat sift out potential partners and not just someone I want to fukk.

I've chopped it up with women on the phone, had great conversations with playful banter/no awkward pauses/smooth transitions then when I'm at work shooting a text here and there... ghost. Some times you'll meet good "texters", sometimes you wont.

Can't disagree with this. You have to put in the work and fall flat on your face a couple of times to figure out what your personal rule book is like. But the advice in here is generally good in my experience.

Me and the nurse been dating since Feb. Things are going slow, still getting to know her and she getting to know me. Even though it hasn't been said it feels "exclusive" meaning she spends a lot of her time with me and she is always over at my crib. You going over there was a mistake and the only way to fix it is to go complete no contact on her. That means do not contact her in any way.

And the last thing you need right now it a new chick to distract you from your real issues. You don't seem like you're in a good place mentally where you can even have a solid relationship/date without getting caught up. Take a lot of time for yourself (I'm talking multiple months). Lift, improve your wardrobe, focus on friendships that you may have neglected. Just be by yourself for a while.

Naw I'm straight. A lot of my depression was shyt I straight never really realized and thought about like how I was raised in a unloving broken ass household. I just kind of always dealt with it and never questioned it and almost embraced it like it was some badge of honor to be able to find success in life with such a cloud over me

But I started writing/meditating and just soaking up game and stuff and I'm in a good place mentally right now. Going to go get my massage license in november so I can double my income and I'm just feeling fine. If my ex hit me up I'll talk to her but as far as chasing after her thats over because it obviously doesn't work. Also about dating atm I have no goals. Dealt with a similar situation with a young lady.

She really thought I would swoop in like superman and save her life after her main dude blown her back out and dump her for another chick. She was cool and upfront about it. She even told me that she's dealing with another guy on the side and I was cool with it because we liked it each other and it wasn't going to work out anyway. She called me out the blue and told me her main dude cheated on her and she asked me if we can go out sometime.

She wants me to take her out to Olive Gardens and a movie next week(). And I was "sure" I will. After we spoke to each other I simply delete/block her number.

But you're right today's generation of women wants a man that is 6+, good looks, big penis (no homo), a body of a greek God, 6 figures, etc. It's sad but it is what it is. I'm attracted to a smart and ambitious woman. Not gold diggers. I try to go for the smart, educated, kind hearted woman. But it is extremely difficult to find one. In the mean time, I am 22 years old and working on myself.
