As far as getting back with her, it depends on how your last encounter went but the general idea is to ask her out and make a move if she's unsure, you tell her to text you when her schedule frees up and don't contact until she contacts you first even if you never speak to her again. If she flat out says no, tell her that's too bad and to text you if she changes her mind and again no contact until she does.
You basically let her know what you want and leave it up to her. Of course you dont wait for her. You can't lose.
