So update to this one.

So my man was on IG this morning. I know him and her had been in sporadic contact.

Last time she messaged him was last September seeing how covid life was going for him. For some reason he still had her on IG, but she hadn't posted anything since they split. Anyway she popped up this morning and posted a story. First time since they split. I know he still loves her and he told me curiosity got the better of him and he clicked her story and the picture that greeted him is below. Take it in mind my friend is the whitest of white men.

He suspected she had gotten back with her ex as they moved to Canada together but he stayed in Toronto and she moved to Vancouver. I had no idea her ex was black. Makes me look back at her inviting me out to the cinema just me and her very uncomfortably. I really hope it was innocent and she wasn't looking to tussle with the first black guy that crossed her path that she was comfortable enough with.

Anyway told him that this is a maybe a big sign that he needs to get himself back out there and just meet women with no expectations. I know this guy was holding out hope she'd come back.

Just had a nightmare nap that made me realize how much I let ptsd, low self esteem, anxiety and depression eat up so much of my teen years and early adulthood. Still in my 20s and look great.

My question. New women in my life is always a great feeling. After the nut what? I’m just gonna get better with women to fukk more and better looking ones? When I get a better job I just gonna make bread for independence and to cop shyt?

Where do I find joy, peace and fulfillment that is long term and not short term like sex and drugs?

The only person who can answer that question is you. Is there anything you love? Cause if not maybe start new hobbies?

i remember back back in teh day with one ex id always held out hope we would get back together like it was destiny or ish. I remember dating other women and id like sabotage it once i could see it was going to get serious just incase she'd come back It wasn't until she got married it was like a release.

I think he still believes in the fairytale images of women instead of the sometimes harsher truths.

He wants to date seriously and cold approach women instead of meeting on apps which he hasn't used since early 2020.


But english is his second language, so I think sometimes he lacks that killer instinct to close the deal or he misunderstands these chicks intentions or lack of them.
