fukk it:

Trainers and gym staff should be in pretty good shape. How are you working at a front desk trying to sell people on a product you don’t seem to use?

How are you on social media talking shyt about clients and dying with simple weekend workouts on the weekend when nobody is looking?

7:30am PST. Wrapped up an 8/10 Leg day.

Squats are less of an issue on my lower back and right knee. There’s a balance in taking time off to heal but not too much that you atrophy.

Should be getting back to three plates in a week or so. I’m at 285lbs 5x6-8 right now. I don’t know if I need to get back to 345lbs+ but we’ll see.

That my first set is usually when I have the most “twinge” in my knee but by the 2nd set it “warms” up and I’m good. I do have knee sleeves on. Hoping as I cut weight and strengthen the quads the issue will dissipate.

Anyway, we move.

Why have this type of mindset? If you weren't meant to reach that or higher you wouldn't. When you step on the field do you ever tell yourself I don't know if I need to play this full 90 mins? Learning from your mishaps and pushing past them is what makes you truly strong.
