Got my two crossropes sets today. Waiting for the other two to come in. Never have I been excited to try some exercise equipment. I REALLY want to start using them. Think Im going to get some cardio in on Saturday morning. I really want to try these ropes and the handles. Ive been flirting around with different weighted jumpropes for over a year now eventually moving up to the 2lb muay Thai weighted jumprope. I really enjoy jumprope so I decided to try the crossrope. Gonna download the app. Going to get this jumprope shyt pat the fukk down.

I wanna do double unders and tricks eventually.
I've been trying to learn double unders for years, still can't seem to get the hang of them. Might be a dedication issue though, I'm just doing a double amount of singles whenever double unders are programmed.

Same thing here. From what Ive been studying from youtube videos like the Jump Rope guys is that it possibly may be a technique issue along with maybe the size and/or type of the jumprope. They say that the bigger/long the jumprope, more someone may have to hold the jumprope further away from their sides which can make it harder for them to do things like double unders. Do you use a long length jumprope?

I don't have my own rope so getting one that's made for my size might help. I need to get myself some new goals skill-wise now that I finally seem to get the hang of toes to bars and rope climbs. Might be time to get serious about double unders.

Just tried the get strong jumprope set and the high speed performance set.

This might be up your alley. They have ropes based off of height. My review so far is that these ropes are some work. I need to get that Get Lean set with the 1/4 lb and 1/2 ropes and the get slim handles. I want those AMP handles too. Next time I am getting that bolt set along with those three. I would recommend if you are serious about that jumprope shyt. Its worth it. I need that Get Lean set though and the AMP handles.

Good AM run today. 4.5 miles to start the day.

Starting to set targets for 2026. Leaned out quite a bit this year, just want to take it to the next level. Nutrition was good, too, but I can improve.

Looking to vary my exercises next year as well. Swimming and boxing are the two activities I want to fold into my routine.

We move.

An update on the crossrope.. so far, these ropes are fun as hell to use. The speed performance set really gets my breath control and cardio going. Getting better with holding the rope handles and feeling my arms with that rotation. I ordered the AMP handles and the get slim set because of the weights. Cant wait to try those out. They come in tomorrow. Would recommend for anyone that is serious about their cardio, want to take their jumprope to the next level.
