When you step on the field do you ever tell yourself I don't know if I need to play this full 90 mins? Learning from your mishaps and pushing past them is what makes you truly strong.7:30am PST. Squats are less of an issue on my lower back and right knee. There’s a balance in taking time off to heal but not too much that you atrophy.
Should be getting back to three plates in a week or so. I’m at 285lbs 5x6-8 right now. I don’t know if I need to get back to 345lbs+ but we’ll see.
That my first set is usually when I have the most “twinge” in my knee but by the 2nd set it “warms” up and I’m good. I do have knee sleeves on. Hoping as I cut weight and strengthen the quads the issue will dissipate.
Anyway, we move.
