and get injections directly into the tendon sheath, which should help repair my shyt without surgery.. but that shyt aint covered under insuranceProlotherapy is the natural stimulation of the body to produce collagen and cartilage in injured or overused areas in order to reduce or eliminate pain. The treatment stimulates the immune system to bring fibroblasts and chondroblasts to areas of pain and grow more soft tissue to rejuvenate the area.

I see what's on your playlist:Those UK grime cats make some DAMN good gym music, so much grit and aggression
If I can complain for a moment why do cats always see you on the farthest from the end stairmaster, hoodie on and big ass beats headphones on then come up likeon the one right by you trying to talk the entire time about politics of all things.
There's chicks in yoga pants all over I don't give a fukk about Trump
PRP is better than prolotherapy
went to the doctor today (rushed my ass out of the spot) been out the gym for like 8 months cuz my wrist was extremely painful and i didnt have insurance to get it checked out. Didnt want to injure it more. I thought i had a TFCC tear, which would suck cuz that shyt a lot of times needs surgery. Turns out i have an "ECU subluxation" my damn tendon is loose on the ulnar side of my wrist and just slips out of position.
Fassy ass doctor said i should just live with it, cuz if i get surgery to relieve the pain, i'd probably lose 20% of my range of motion in my wrist. and rehab would be 9 fukkin months
Did some quick research online and found out that i can get prolotherapy,
and get injections directly into the tendon sheath, which should help repair my shyt without surgery.. but that shyt aint covered under insurance
going back to the fukkin gym next month. i can avoid the rotation done that aggravates the tendon and there is a special wrist strap that helps with that. going to get a 2nd opinion and look up the recent prices on prolotherapy in la![]()
