I decided I'm going to bulk in October, plan is to go from 220 to 250-260 and then back down to 220 by May.
I'm switching to a strength based routine next month going to try to get my #s up.![]()
keep us posted about whichever routine you switch to. i'm thinking about switching off PHAT for a few months until after the new year.
do you have to lift super heavy in order to bulk. i wanna bulk starting next month but i workout solo and dont have a spot. i aint tryin to beon the bench. i wanna live!!!
