Trying to mix things up on how I eat after my 5-6 AM workouts. Instead of having 4 whole eggs an apple & spinach for breakfast. I'm gonna try to have spinach, 3 whole eggs & oatmeal. Let's see how this goes.

I was tired yesterday, but did a workout anyway.
I was going to jog but only did walking on the treadmill.. :to:
I also did pull-ups for back workout. 8 sets of 10 reps.
