Deadlifts are becoming quite the chore lately :mjcry: prob because I fell off on them. I always seem to be tired as hell when deadlift day rolls around

Trying to mix things up on how I eat after my 5-6 AM workouts. Instead of having 4 whole eggs an apple & spinach for breakfast. I'm gonna try to have spinach, 3 whole eggs & oatmeal. Let's see how this goes.
