It takes months for the regular glucosamine formula that's sold in stores to kick in. If you have access to glucosamine hcl yeah buy it. You would be better off taking cissus or boswellia serrata and upping your healthy fats intake

I use the vitamin shoppe store brand cissus and boswellia monthly. Their extracts are legit. If you want something novel and have money to play with try PES Genoflex, Iforce Joint Help, or Scivation Flexadril
