Lifting, in general. I usually work out 3-4 times a week but over the last 2 and half weeks i've been going almost every day. There are those sweet-spot-days in which I have the strength of a thousand gods... then there are the days where I'm struggling to make it through the damn workout.

Starting the week on leg day is :ohlawd:.

Yesterday day I gave this bad chick some advice on her squats, she had her feet close together instead of lined up with her shoulders. Gave me a big smile and a wave on her way out :snoop:

Not trying to fukk up my fortress of solitude for some chick but :whew:

Been having tightness in my obliques for the last couple of months particularly on the left side. Woke up in the middle of the night and rolled over and my sternum popped and there was a huge release in the tightness:ohhh:

Hopefully it stays this way:sadcam:
