Lifting, in general. I usually work out 3-4 times a week but over the last 2 and half weeks i've been going almost every day. There are those sweet-spot-days in which I have the strength of a thousand gods... then there are the days where I'm struggling to make it through the damn workout.

Starting the week on leg day is :ohlawd:.

Yesterday day I gave this bad chick some advice on her squats, she had her feet close together instead of lined up with her shoulders. Gave me a big smile and a wave on her way out :snoop:

Not trying to fukk up my fortress of solitude for some chick but :whew:
