Before I went on vacation I did set a good amount of PR's for myself. Being 5'7" 173 before my vacation I hit 215 on flat bench for 3 reps. 175 on incline for 4 reps. Both of my Overhead presses standing and sitting my 1 RM is still 115 which isn't too bad. Was able to row 135 for 2 reps. (I'd say I am rowing at a 35 degree angle) Was able to do 20 lbs plus my bodyweight for pull ups for 2 reps. And for dips I was able to do 50 lbs plus my body weight for 3 reps.
I was able to back squat full depth with 235 for 4 reps. And honestly I def could of done more. As for Front squats I was able to do 185 for 4 reps too. With Walking lunges I was able to 90 lbs for 4 reps per leg. Honestly I gotta figure out a way to use a barbell for it. And for deads I had a 1RM of 275 with the mixed grip. So I was more then happy
Now this has been my first vacation in 2 years for various reasons so I just enjoyed myself. Ate like crap for the most part but hey 1 week aint gonna kill me. Once I get back home sunday night I know I will be back on my diet like nothing happened. Then I will be back to work monday morning in the gym.
What will be interesting is that once school starts I only got time to lift 3 times per week, so this time around I'm gonna go with a high volume P/P/L routine. Should be interesting how my this goes
