Is it weird that I can push more on decline bench (A lift I rarely do) then the flat bench?

Anything past 225 on flat and I'm lookin funny in the light brehs :huhldup:


Inproper form? Hand position on the bar??


I wanna push 315 before I die brehs :bryan:

Never been but from what I've read online and people I know that go it's :mjlol: to me.

I've seen lil clips and that place isn't for me at all. Plus you can't even squat or bench freely...you gotta use a smith machine :scust::scust:


Then I heard you can't wear certain things :dwillhuh: that place is for insecure beginners IMO


My job gym is cheap but if I had to get a membership somewhere else I'd rather spend extra then go to planet fitness

How do you guys feel about planet fitness vs other gyms? :lupe:
If anyone has been to one what was your experience?
In theory you can get work done anywhere but the limits they have on equipment will eventually limit your progress if you are trying to gain strength and size.
