485 today, felt goodHit 480 on conventional deads this morning. Came up easy enough but that lock-out took some work. 500 hundred is looking realistic.
Start off light, don't round or hyperextend your back, engage your core, legs, and lats. Make sure your hamstrings aren't too weak or too tight.Want to start doing dead lifts but I'm scared as fukk I'd fukk up my lower back.

Currently mine is Chest/Arms, Legs/Abs, Back/Shoulder
I go to the gym 4 times a week, on monday & tuesday & thursday & friday
This way I can always do an "alternative" plan on friday, meaning I'll do chest/arms again, but with different exercises like doing incline dumbbell press first instead of normal benching or doing the butterfly instead of flys etc. etc.
