Monday: full bodyBrehs how y'all splits looking/what exercises you performing in the gym ?
Currently mine is Chest/Arms, Legs/Abs, Back/Shoulder
I go to the gym 4 times a week, on monday & tuesday & thursday & friday
This way I can always do an "alternative" plan on friday, meaning I'll do chest/arms again, but with different exercises like doing incline dumbbell press first instead of normal benching or doing the butterfly instead of flys etc. etc.

Wednesday: full body

Friday: full body
