Brehs how y'all splits looking/what exercises you performing in the gym ?

Currently mine is Chest/Arms, Legs/Abs, Back/Shoulder
I go to the gym 4 times a week, on monday & tuesday & thursday & friday
This way I can always do an "alternative" plan on friday, meaning I'll do chest/arms again, but with different exercises like doing incline dumbbell press first instead of normal benching or doing the butterfly instead of flys etc. etc.
Monday: full body :obama:
Wednesday: full body :obama:
Friday: full body :obama:

Im trying something new that fits my schedule and gives me variety

Tuesday: Full body, 10 total sets 12-15 reps

Thursday: Full body same as Tuesday

Saturday: Lower Body 5-10 reps

Sunday: Upper Body 5-10 reps

I just started this week, but I'm loving the cardio that the full body workout is giving me

Man I did a little leg workout. Ok not little but it wasn't my normal big session. Then I decide to "swim" a little bit at my apartment afterwards. I'm not the best swimmer, hell I can barely do it, but I was going back and forth for like a total of 15 mins. Thought I was gonna ninja warrior myself but I didn't :pachaha:
But I'll be gawtdamned if I'm not exhausted as fukk still. I stopped at noon it's 3 damn 30 :damn: whole body hurting and tired. What the hell was I thinking :why:

saturday workouts...fasted..something else..i feel EVERYTHING!!..i had my lady with me though...she hasnt worked out with me since 2009..this time i put her through the ringer..sore as hell..but shes a trooper...shes making me spinach and onion omelets right now while im chillin
