When you squat and you hear your knee crack midway through the set....fortunately no pain. Usually happens during my warm up sets. :wow:

Scale must be off I've been checking my weight past week on various ones. I've bulked but I doubt this well. It's saying I'm 218-222. I've gained 2 inches in my shoulders and .75 in my arms and a inch in my legs but idk...:patrice:

Could shorter range of motion be more.beneficial sometimes? I feel like when I don't go as deep on calfs I hit em harder but that'd be against the laws of lifting right?:jbhmm:
