The squat rack was taken so I decided to DL...went like 90% 1RM on that. Got 325lbs. 3x3 on squats. Played 21 and was done in the first 10 minutes with a leg cramp....:mjlol: I really feel I can get to 3/4/6 for Christmas. I'm like 70lbs. away...but I got a 2 week vacation coming up. :patrice:

@Warren what's your routine fam?

I dropped 30 lbs with mine but I feel like it's not giving me the definition that I want. We got similar builds so I thought maybe your routine could help me.

My routine right now is a little all over the place as I am not able to hit the gym consitently at the minute, but i was just doing the Arnie mass gain routine and I loved it. For me my arms seem to grow much faster than other muscles so I can afford to skip it from time to time, but I try and do each muscle group twice a week, specially the ones that you want improvement on.

My plan is to try the arnie cut routine next, and then maybe PHAT :wow:
