Went from 197 at the beginning of September to 206 right now. Back to 25 carbs a day I go... 
I did 5x5 with 190 so theoretically I should be able to get about 215-225 for a struggle repMy 1rm is 165
Let me get to 190 and it'll be total chaos. No apologize.
@Warren what's your routine fam?
I dropped 30 lbs with mine but I feel like it's not giving me the definition that I want. We got similar builds so I thought maybe your routine could help me.
