The lady at Walmart didn't believe it was me when I showed her my id. She had to put her glasses on :whoo:then questioned me about my address :banderas: felt good

In other news I haven't been hitting the gym as much cause I've been working crazy hours. I've lost weight but I feel like it's probably muscle. Also signed up for bjj so I'm trying to balance all these things and keep a steady routine. Also stopped weighing my food and counting calories. I just eat less and avoid stuff that I don't need. I think weighing food is good an all but once you know what a serving looks like you can get pretty accurate without a scale.

Hit a PR on sumo deadlifts last night. :lift:

I felt like my liftoff was shaky, but the lockout was good. That's the opposite on conventional deadlifts, where my liftoff is fine but my lockout needs work.
How many times per week are you done doing both?
