Where did you go and how was it?

9 days in Berlin and Amsterdam...Berlin Wall, Ann Frank house, Van Gough...etc. Was a good trip....We were averaging 10 miles a day. Fortunately I didn't drink much and my body needed the rest. :blessed:

Came back and the presidential debate coverage in the airport fukked up my wave.....:dame:

So i had to find a way to channel that energy and finally hit the gym after like a 2 month absence, still don't have a regular gym so i had to make due with my complex gym. Went in there and killed that shyt. Came back in the crib, got ass naked, and blacked out on the floor like old times. :obama:Starting back up on DDP Yoga tomorrow too

Any of yall using mass gainers? What yall using? I'm trying to get :flabbynsick:

Others at times including myself would recommend oats, pb, banana, protein powder(or milk). If convenience is a factor you can't go wrong with either MHP Up your mass or Iforce mass gainz.

Bruh I'm the same way. Bumped my love by dipset for the whole gym session the other day.

Most of those mass gainers are fill with sugars and random crap... your best to make your own blend up oats, whey, fruits, almond butter/milk

Also try adding flax seeds and chia seeds to your blends they are good for you and packed with fiber.

Fiber is sometimes overlooked imo... you have to consistently be taking shyts and eating if you wanna gain size.

Chest day is the one day whee I go in, and know exactly what I want to do for the time I'm there.


The pulldown ab exercise is goat. I did that shyt a few days ago, and still feeling it.



There's this guy who works out at night every time I go there and he wears the same fukking clothes, and does the same exercises, and he stinks. Unbearable

Finally able to back squat and deadlift heavy in the same session. Every time I've tried it in the past I got sick as a damn dog at the end


Small victories man. Better at pacing myself and breathing. Much better than I was at the beginning of the year
