brehs suggest some ab exercises for me? i have no idea which ones are most effective. what about forearms as well, what yall doing to get them lookin right?

for abs mountain climbers are really good. Forearms basically any pulling exercise

Weighted carries with the trap bar or heavy Dumbbells will do both.

You're working your abs by staying upright during the walk since if it's heavy enough they'll be pulling you forward or back

How anyone can scoff at incorporating slow-tempo training is beyond me. I've never felt my muscles work the way they do when I do slow pullups
