I'm not ready for outside yet
When you're jogging do you ever get the urge to just start full out running?
All while looking like a leg day skipping fakkit.
I was watching some of those Kinobody videos on YouTube.
This idiot is out here telling people to not train legs too much so you can fit into slim fit pants. He also says legs being too big makes your upper body look smaller and makes you look shytty and disproportionate, so stop training legs while your upper body gets bigger.All while looking like a leg day skipping fakkit.

. Felt nervous with all the people watching, but I got 570 on deadlifts pretty smoothly...didn't want to try too much and fail. 
Only ppl who don't do it think it's all about vanity.Makes me sad when 30 something brothers like myself will say things like "oh you still on that gym stuff?" as they rattle off the reasons and excuses why they don't squat/deadlift heavy anymore or run, lift, go to the gym, eat reasonably decent etc.
Ive been getting it a lot from relatives and friends lately, almost in a feeling guilty/shaming/jealous manner. I just shrug it off because I know who I am and my motivations BUT
It's just sad tho. the gym life for me has zilch to do with vanity. I'm really not trying to tackle the myriad of lifestyle lead health problems I've seen some of my OG's have to battle.

Only ppl who don't do it think it's all about vanity.
