I was watching some of those Kinobody videos on YouTube.

This idiot is out here telling people to not train legs too much so you can fit into slim fit pants. He also says legs being too big makes your upper body look smaller and makes you look shytty and disproportionate, so stop training legs while your upper body gets bigger. :wtf: All while looking like a leg day skipping fakkit.

How do these dumbasses get platforms to speak on? :mindblown:

I did a really intense arm workout earlier today and I'm just waking up and my arms aren't sore at all.... why?

Sorry for the newb questions but I'm still new to this fitness life

Hate the location of the deadlift platform...in front of the bench press and shoulder area. Cacs had all eyes on me like :pachaha:. Felt nervous with all the people watching, but I got 570 on deadlifts pretty smoothly...didn't want to try too much and fail. :snoop:

I started training myself to do pull ups on Monday. I use the weighted machine. Completed 4 sets of 10 with the weight on 112

Today I completed 4 sets of 10 with the weight on 100

Then I started doing other exercises but came back to the pull up machine and put it on 85 but could only do 2 sets of 7 still feel uproud of myself though. Tomorrow's gym visit I'm going for 4 sets of 10 on 85lbs

Hopefully in 2 weeks ill be doing real pull ups

Makes me sad when 30 something brothers like myself will say things like "oh you still on that gym stuff?" as they rattle off the reasons and excuses why they don't squat/deadlift heavy anymore or run, lift, go to the gym, eat reasonably decent etc.

Ive been getting it a lot from relatives and friends lately, almost in a feeling guilty/shaming/jealous manner. I just shrug it off because I know who I am and my motivations BUT


It's just sad tho. the gym life for me has zilch to do with vanity. I'm really not trying to tackle the myriad of lifestyle lead health problems I've seen some of my OG's have to battle.

There's a bald guy at my gym (seems either white or Mexican) who has to be in his mid to late 40's. He has a big "666" tattooed on his forehead with flames behind it and everything.

Makes me chuckle because he rocks the old-guy mesh cutoff top with matching mesh shorts and gets it in on the elliptical.

It makes me think "Despite how many odd people I'll come across out here, they still care about their health and shyt. Don't want to have any regrets." :laugh:
