training for this 5K is going well...down to averaging 9:39 min/mile..i got one more week..see if i can get between 9:30 and 9:35 min/mile...the goal was to get under 10 min/mile and to try to do this under 30 mins...ran into a slight wall last week with my knees aching and flaring up..so did other forms of non impact cardio as a substitute...definitely was the thing to do..feelin good..cant wait to drink liquor again when im done with this
